Privacy Policy

I. Preamble

This Privacy policy is in place because I use Google Analytics for site metrics. Google requires a privacy policy on any site using their service. I otherwise collect no data at all about site visitors. The data I receive from Google Analytics is completely anonymized. I administrate the webserver and therefore have access to webserver logs, including IP addresses and request data. I do not aggregate any data from these logs except in the case of malicious activity.

Privacy is a fundamental right. This right, and many others, have been greatly eroded in the name of security and corporate profit. Neither this site nor I will contribute to that violation in any way that is within my control and not described here.

II. Google Analytics

Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google. Google utilizes the data collected to track and examine the use of www.mach1010.com, to prepare reports on its activities and share them with other Google services.

Google may use the data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

Google uses cookies in conjunction with these services. No other cookies are used on this site.
